When we arrived at the entrance to the campsite, the doors were closed, there was no-one there and no response to the landline and mobile numbers we called several times. Sign announcing the opening of the campsite at the end of May 2023. Then, after leaving our contact details and expressing our astonishment, we received an unexpected call from the person in charge of reception who, despite the late hour, made the effort to come and open one of the studios for us. This lady informed us that she hadn't received any bookings for these dates from the "Locasun" website, which she didn't know, and that she had come to the campsite when she was with friends so as not to let us spend the night outside. Many thanks to this person and now we would like to know where this error came from, knowing that we could have spent the night outside, a very cool night by the way. Please let us know your answer.
