Very well located apartment with beautiful view. Well equipped. The only downside is that when the air-conditioning is on, it's impossible to stay on the balcony as the motor radiates heat onto it

Very well located apartment in Port Leucate, just a few minutes from the port and shops, and 1 km from the beach. However, the apartment would greatly benefit from some maintenance: the rod of the opaque curtains is unscrewed from the ceiling, it's almost impossible to open the sliding windows of the veranda (so in hot weather, heat ++++++++), we were invaded by ants (in the cupboards, packets of cakes and even in the fridge), the sofa cover was ripped open along its entire length, both on the back and on the seat, the TV remote controls worked when they wanted to, one of the legs of the table in the veranda was broken and didn't stand up straight, and to top it all, when we arrived the apartment was dirty! (wipes with blood on the floor as well as a pillow and a draw sheet, stained and crumpled undersheets with sand and hair on them, stains on the floor... ) It's a pity because this apartment could be superbly maintained and because it's so close to the lively seaside resort with its lovely views...
