Centralized call service: a pity, because it lacked humanity (after forgetting the computers: impossible to reach on Sunday, then once reached, the person at the end of the phone was cruelly lacking in humanity in his answers: I even had doubts that it was an Artificial Intelligence, the answers were purely administrative like "the people at the campsite will deal with your request once the other problems of the current tenants have been dealt with", "you are gone and no longer a priority" "no possibility of contacting the campsite directly"). Once our problem was dealt with by the campsite, there was a human touch behind it (thanks to Laurane - reception manager). So everything was good or very good, except for the centralized nature of the calls, to someone who should be working in legal administration rather than customer service.
