A pleasant stay in the heart of nature. We took advantage of the water activities available on site: canoeing, paddle, boat hire, swimming pool and also fishing if you have a licence. The only downside is that the tennis court is not playable. It should be renovated or removed from the presentation. The accommodation is quite large and well equipped.

Beautiful region to discover: lots of walks to do. The nearby leisure center is an asset. Nice pool too. The only problem with this rental is the electric hotplates, which cause the electricity meter to trip unexpectedly. Kitchen cramped: difficult to cook in these conditions. The sofa is of really poor quality: not pleasant to sit on. On the other hand, we really appreciated the spaciousness of the bedroom and bathroom. I'll end with the magnificent view from the balcony on which we ate our meals: top notch! In short, I really recommend this destination!

Aging building in need of major exterior cleaning.exterior door frame repainting.bedroom window shutter not working broken .(despite notification at start of stay no intervention was made!!!No toilet lighting since Thursday reported but no one came . Abandoned residence. We've taken it over, but the changes haven't happened yet. Dilapidated dwelling, equipped with the bare minimum. Windows that didn't close. No tennis court to speak of, swimming pool out of order. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the floor is clean but the rest is never done thoroughly. Dust, cobwebs etc... Far from everything, too far for the volcanoes in the end. Disappointed considering the price paid! We won't be coming back and will be making a complaint.

Total disappointment with this dilapidated accommodation. Mouse droppings and cockroaches. Reported to reception, but was removed because my comments were disturbing. No swimming pool. Accommodation far from everything. I asked for rehousing by contacting locasun, which I'm still waiting for. The only nearby activities are pedal-boating at 23 euros an hour and boat hire without a licence at 55 euros an hour. The accommodation was fairly clean (2 brooms + buckets with sweepers per floor). Quiet residence. Facilities: enough crockery, coffee machine, but no kettles in the apartments. No microwaves or other appliances. Nice balconies. Clic-clac complicated to open and close: outdated equipment, bolts falling out. Disappointed to find pool out of order. Shops 20 min away. Pleasant stay, however. Many points of interest to discover.

In March very few people. A real haven of peace. Restful and calm. A warm welcome. Spacious apartment for 2. The only downside equipment to change and wash. Covers. Shower curtains. Quite disappointed with the accommodation. Veillote residence. Renting an apartment for 5 and having only 5 glasses to drink I find it average. The swimming pool is not on the ground, the pool is dirty and I don't want to put my feet in it. And to top it all off they lost my deposit check. I won't go back there

Very pleasant stay at the domain of Confolant. Very clean accommodation facing the lake. In spite of the numerous families, the calm is total! Possibility of swimming pool, lake, paddle, canoe, inflatable structures to occupy the children! Top. The staff is very welcoming even if it is few. Also, there is a lack of a bread store and a small mini-market. The first supermarket is a few kilometers away. So you should think about doing some shopping before arriving! Otherwise, close to the Puy de Dôme and Vulcania! Very good quality/price ratio... To be recommended!

The setting is magnificent. Ideal for a moment out of time. The apartment is correct. It has the essentials. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not seem to be done in our apartment (dirt on the floor, old trash, crushed insects, hair, stained blanket ...) and the sound insulation was non-existent with the apartment next door.
