Discover the Marais Breton during a stay in this gîte, in the heart of a preserved natural area! Set in a 70-hectare wetland area, an Espace Naturel Sensible and a certified Territoire de Faune Sauvage, you'll be staying close to the Abbaye de l'Ile Chauvet (5.8 km) and the Port des Champs (9.2 km). Longer-distance excursions will take you to Noirmoutier (bridge 30 km, passage du Gois 20 km) or to the beaches of La Bernerie en Retz (20 km) or La Barre de Monts (30 km). On the first floor, this renovated house offers a laundry room, a living room/kitchen with a dart board, and a veranda with an exceptional view of the marshes (binoculars available for wildlife observation). A corridor leads to the first two bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed), a shower room, a WC (access via 1 step), and a relaxation area. From here, you'll access a wellness area with shower, sauna and 4-seater spa, and a second independent toilet, as well as a third bedroom (1 bed 160) and its annex (2 extra beds 80). Upstairs, you'll find a final bedroom (1 bed 160 + 1 extra bed 80) with private shower room and WC.
Outside, you'll find enclosed grounds with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, chilian chairs, gas plancha), as well as a second terrace upstairs from which you can observe the surrounding countryside. To preserve biodiversity, the natural meadows are not accessible.
The accommodation is located on a site with meadows where cows graze for part of the year. You may come across the site manager when he is monitoring the fauna and flora or restoring the wetland.

A €100 cleaning deposit will be requested on site.
Reception is provided by a concierge service. Arrivals are possible between 4pm and 8pm (arrivals after 8pm will incur a surcharge), departures between 8am and 10am. Early departures are only possible if the cleaning package has been subscribed.
