Ground Floor: Entrance Hall.
First Floor: A bright, fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen that integrates perfectly with the dining room, creating an ideal space for family meals.

Nearby towns such as Jávea, Denia, Calpe, Altea, and Costa Benissa offer a wide variety of cultural activities, local markets, and restaurants with Mediterranean culinary delights. The iconic Peñón de Ifach in Calpe is a must-visit for panoramic views.
The climate of the Costa Blanca, with over 300 days of sunshine a year, is ideal for enjoying outdoor activities, from hiking to water sports.
