Gîte La Ferme pour 4 personnes proche DordogneDans la belle vallée de Gavaudun, aux portes de la Dordogne, le domaine du Mayne, vaste propriété de 30 ha, abrite la ferme, location entièrement restaurée. Mitoyenne, de plain pied, elle est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et agrémentée de jolies terrasses privatives avec salons de jardin. Elle bénéficie d’un très beau point de vue sur la campagne environnante.
Gîte non fumeur. Animaux domestiques acceptés. (Petits animaux uniquement).
A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps : 8 € la paire, lit non fait.
- Linge de maison : mis à disposition gratuitement.
- Linge de toilette : non fourni, à organiser par le client.
- Forfait ménage obligatoire en fin de séjour : 60 €. Si présence animaux : 70 €.
- Forfait chauffage bois en supplément si utilisation en moyenne et basse saison : 20€ / semaine environ.
