Nature Moraira is located in a privileged location on the Costa Blanca, just a 6-minute walk from the impressive Cap Blanc cove and only a 7-minute drive from Moraira and its famous sandy beaches. Next to the house, just a minute's walk away, is the cliff of La Galera from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, symbol of the Costa Blanca. Just 700 meters away are shops, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants. A 10-minute walk away is Cala Andragó, famous for its gastronomic offer and its beautiful natural beaches that can be accessed by walking along the coast.
Nature Moraira is located in an exclusive, private gated community with a limited number of houses. It features a large communal swimming pool surrounded by spacious green areas and a communal tennis court, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment in a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.
Recently renovated and elegantly decorated, the property boasts 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed over two floors, characterized by their spaciousness and brightness. Mediterranean-style furnishings provide a modern touch to the space, and its terrace next to the garden is the perfect place to enjoy delightful evenings outdoors.
The house has a barbecue, WI-FI and air conditioning. The community pool has an advanced salt purification system that minimizes the use of chlorine.
IMPORTANT:
Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.
Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.
