Ah, Brittany... There are no two like her. Welcoming, changing, dynamic and exotic, it multiplies the assets to seduce its curious visitors. Like this region, Plouguerneau, in Finistère, is a perfect destination for successful stays.

In the Pays des Abers, named after the rias that dot the Finistère coast, Plouguerneau is a must. With its 45 kilometres of coastline, this seaside resort is one of the most important in the department, punctuated by 7 municipal ports. Downstream from the Aber Wrac'h, your strolls will take you to the small port of Le Passage; further on, at the mouth of the river, the Kerazan and its oyster beds will delight holidaymakers who love iodized delicacies. Pass through Porz Grac'h, Porz Gwenn, to finally take the time to stroll to the sound of the clanging of the masts of the boats moored at the Port of Perroz: 3rd largest port of Plouguerneau, it is above all known to professionals of the sea and hearts loved by the great outdoors. Second port of the municipality, Lilia has more than a hundred anchorages for pleasure boating: you will love to stroll there to admire its splendid views over the sea, before finishing your discovery of the ports of Plouguerneau by the Korejou. The latter concentrates all the effervescence of the seaside resort: 180 anchorages for pleasure boating, a diving club, a nautical club, restaurants with sea views... Everything, in short, to seduce its visitors.

Do you like walking? In Plouguerneau, you have come to the right place. Several thematic tours accessible to all are available throughout the town to allow you to discover its different facets: the "Discovering Lilia" trail, the "Discovering Saint-Michel" and "Discovering the Devil's Bridge" itineraries, or the "Discovering Grouaneg" loop will allow you (in less than 10 kilometres per walk) to contemplate the churches, the megaliths, the goemon remains, the legendary Devil's Bridge, the fountains and the monuments that constitute Plouguerneau's rich heritage. The "Rand'Abers" or the paths of the GR34 (also called the Customs Path) will allow you to enjoy fascinating seaside hikes: on the 45 kilometres of the Plouguernéenne coast or in the neighbouring towns of Landéda, Saint-Pabu, Guissény or Kerlouan, these sports or leisure walks along beautiful fine sandy beaches will be a real delight for the eyes!

Beaches: how not to mention them. And there are many of them in Plouguerneau, which can boast the longest coastline in the whole of France. The magnificent beaches of Korejou, Porz Grac'h, Lilia-Saint-Cava, Bassinig, Bezinog cove and Wrac'h Island are worth a look for long days of idleness under the Breton sun. The Grève Blanche beach will satisfy water sports enthusiasts as many sports are offered on this beach: boat rides, scuba diving, stand-up paddle excursions, bodyboarding, optimist, dinghy, windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, funboard... Enough to delight sportsmen! But the main activity on the Grève Blanche is surfing: a well-known spot for snowboard enthusiasts, this beach is famous for its large hollow waves that break on the white sand. As for the curious who would not want to get wet, they will opt instead for a starry stroll to discover the Abers and the Virgin Island, located just a few minutes from the ports of Plouguerneau, or finally for a visit of the city by bike or horse-drawn carriage.
