It is on the tip of the Médoc, just between Montalivet and Soulac-sur-Mer, that the small seaside resort of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital is located. Housed in the middle of a thick pine forest of more than 2800 hectares, a perfect Eden for hikers and mountain bikers who will find a wide range of cycling and walking routes, the commune of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital benefits from a wide, wide coastline, bordered by more than 7 kilometres of fine sandy beaches, ab-so-lu-ment par-fact to enjoy the various pleasures of seaside holidays. The sea is at the centre of everything here, and especially of the gastronomy; to discover all its secrets, head to one of the small restaurants in the town, to introduce you to the local flavours, rather iodised.
