Flaine, perched between 1600 and 2500 meters of altitude, is nature at its purest. Here, you can get around on skis, the cultural life is lively, as are the après-ski parties. An open-air museum, the resort is home to some memorable works of art that you can discover at your leisure while snowshoeing or skiing, such as listed monuments or works by Picasso, Dubuffet and Vasarely, which fascinate by their beauty against the backdrop of Mont Blanc. Experienced skiers will enjoy the Combe de Gers, while families can enjoy the quiet slopes where they can learn to ski and hike, or even drive on ice.

Les Carroz d'Arâches is the most sporty resort in the area.
