Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx is a small town nestled in the Landes department, a few steps from the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx has everything to please. To discover the village as it should be, there is nothing better than leaving your car behind and preferring gentle journeys, on foot or by bike. You can't miss the white parish church of Saint-Martin, the splendid 20th century villa Saint-Jean (on the right bank of the Adour river) and the very posh château of Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx. After taking the time to wander through the streets of the village to discover the many houses and farmhouses, don't miss the superb Lake Yrieux, the perfect playground for nature lovers and hikers who can stroll there in complete tranquillity. The 7 kilometres of the banks of the Adour are also a real delight for walkers, who can find a little freshness on hot summer days. In addition to being an ideal place for a walk, this site has a "Jardin des Sens", a garden that raises awareness of ecology and the preservation of the local fauna and flora.

The small town of Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx, next to its neighbour Bayonne, has everything to please. Along the meandering Adour river that delimits its territory, it is less than 20 kilometres from destinations such as Capbreton, the Pays d'Orthe, Bayonne, Biarritz and Hossegor. Situated set back from the coast, about ten minutes from the beaches, it is far enough from the water to avoid the crowds of visitors, but close enough to be able to take advantage of the numerous infrastructures of its star resorts. On the beaches of Ondres in particular, hikers will be able to enjoy miles and miles of fine sand, perfect for both sporty walks and family excursions. The aficionados of water activities can take advantage of the coast to surf (normal, you're in the Landes!), but also to sail, paddle, jet-ski, kitesurf, scuba diving, water skiing, play with towed buoys... But fans of sand castle competitions, quiet swimming and idleness will also find their happiness, for perfect holidays under the Landes sun!
