Based in the heart of the Savoy, Plagne Montalbert invites you to experience an amazing mountain holiday just in front of the famous and spectacular Mont Blanc. You will be charmed by the authentic village and its various summer and winter activities.

Located in the Tarentaise valley, Plagne Montalbert is one of the 11 ski resorts of Paradiski which is the second biggest ski resort related in the world. During the winter, ski lovers will be able to explore 256 tracks - about 435km of slopes, nearly 70% of which are above 2000m. Because snow is guaranteed, many activities are available - such as downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. You can also experience the new slide sensation throughout the Boarder-slide, the Chrono-speed or the Snow-park. Paradiski will get your adrenaline going across the famous Bobsleigh Olympic Track of the Plagne. Moreover, in the resort, ski lessons are available for all levels and there are lots of activity clubs for children.

In summer, the verdant mountain of La Plagne Montalbert will seduce you with its thick fir forest, spruces and larches. Via its many paths you will enjoy its alpine pastures, biodiversity and the magnificent landscapes, especially from the Mont Jovet (2558m). Furthermore, numerous activities such as mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, paragliding or downhill karting are organized all around La Plagne. Your children will also enjoy all the different activities: Kids Clubs, winter sledge, trampoline, sled dog, donkey and pony rides…

Whatever the season, take some time to wander around the charming little mountain villages. In the meanwhile you will appreciate the authentic character of this village and discover its rich heritage with the Montgésin Chapel built in 1658, the Superga Chapel, the mill, and the bread oven from 1749. Don't forget to have a look at the other beautiful mountain villages. Champagny-en-Vanoise, Les Coches, Montchavin and about 15 km the pretty city of Moutiers with the Saint-Pierre cathedral, the old bridge and all the amazing museums ... After that, allow yourself a little yummy break to taste the local flavors : fondue, tartiflette, diots sausages in white wine, potatoes gratin and cheeses.
