Explore Upper Normandy

From Le Tréport to Le Havre, the Côte d'Albâtre stretches over 130 kilometers and offers impressive landscapes. Symbolized by Étretat and its large white chalk cliffs, the coastline of Haute-Normandie has long sandy beaches ideal for swimming or lounging. They also offer a magical setting to practice a multitude of water sports: sailing, paddle, kayaking, surfing, kite-surfing... Near the large seaside resorts of Dieppe and Fécamp, you will also be thrilled by the discovery of small old fishing villages that combine charm and tranquility, such as Veules-les-Roses or Hautot-sur-Mer.
After enjoying the sea, visit the beautiful cities of Haute-Normandie. In Rouen, the historic capital of Normandy, stroll through the beautiful cobblestone streets of the Carré d'Or district, walk along the rue du Gros Horloge and admire an outstanding heritage: the Saint-Ouen abbey, the Palais de Justice and the famous Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral immortalized by Claude Monet. In Le Havre, appreciate the happy alliance of ancient buildings (Graville abbey, Saint-Michel chapel, Notre-Dame cathedral) and modern monuments (Saint-Joseph church, city hall, Le Volcan) of this city particularly affected by the bombings at the end of the Second World War. But also visit Évreux for its beautiful Gothic cathedral, its clock tower and its superb museum.
Then go to discover the hinterland to enjoy the Bray country's hedged farmland and the beautiful landscapes of the Seine valley. On foot or by bike, follow the paths of the Boucles de la Seine Normande nature park and, near Toutainville, enjoy the enchanting setting of the Marais-Vernier.
