Every Wednesday, fruit, vegetables and flowers fill the stalls with their delicate scents. This is also the perfect occasion to sample the flavours of Mallorcan cuisine. An island of a thousand flavours, Mallorca is renowned for its gastronomy, oh so gourmet! Impossible to miss THE star pastry shop on the island, the ensaimada, plain or topped with chocolate for ever more gourmet delights.
