Several archaeological sites dot Puerto de Mazarron, to the delight of history buffs: the Aqueduct of the Arc, the Alamillo Basin, the Point des Éperviers, the Cabezo del Plomo, the Roman house on Rue Era, the villa of Alamillo or the Roman Millionaire will be on display during your visit. Walkers? The city's 35 kilometres of beaches will offer hikers breathtaking views of the bay, as well as its protected areas such as the Sierra de las Moreras and the Muela, where beds of rosemary and fragrant thyme will plunge you into the heart of the local atmosphere. Finally, explore the cliffs that surround the city (via the GR92 by mountain bike) to discover the mining peaks of San Cristobal and one of the most popular sites in Murcia: the Erosions of Bolnuevo.
