From Piriac-sur-Mer to Moutiers-en-Retz, Loire-Atlantique invites you to discover the diversity of its coastline. Enjoy first of all one of the most beautiful bays in the world, La Baule-Escoublac or the beaches of La Turballe and Saint-Brévin-les-Pins to practice many nautical activities. Then, relax in the small coves of the country of Retz and Pornic. Then, discover the Côte Sauvage between Le Pouliguen and Le Croisic and, on the way, visit the pretty village of Batz-sur-Mer. Finally, come to Guérande to explore the alleys of this splendid medieval city but also to appreciate the beauty of its salt marshes.

During your holidays, you can also take advantage of the many hiking trails and bike paths to enjoy the natural beauty of the Loire-Atlantique. On foot, walk along the paths of the nature park of Brière, go around the lake of Grand-Lieu or take the path of the Douaniers. By bike, join the towpath of the Canal from Nantes to Brest or along the Loire between Ancenis and its mouth. During these walks, make a few stops to visit the castles of Clisson, Ranrouët and Châteaubriant, the area of La Garenne Lemot or the pretty villages of Oudon, Prigny or Trentemoult.
