It is in the valley of Ispagnac, on the left bank of the Tarn, that the village of Quézac is located. Now attached to the canton of Sainte-Enimie, Quézac has much to offer its visitors. When you arrive in Quézac, you will inevitably cross its bridge, a five-arch medieval bridge over the river, dated 1350. Built by Pope Urbain V, its purpose was to allow pilgrims access to the village so that they could come and pray to the Black Madonna of Quézac. Take the time to visit the heart of the village made up of beautiful residences with typical architecture of the region: along its very narrow streets, the houses made of schist topped with roofs of lauzes will follow one another. You can't miss the church of Notre-Dame de Quézac: founded in 1052 before being destroyed and then rebuilt in 1365, it was remodelled in the 16th century and today boasts a splendid Gothic style. Famous for the Black Virgin that it shelters, it is a well-known place of pilgrimage that attracts many visitors every year, especially during the September pilgrimage. The other visit to be made to Quézac is its water bottling plant. Known throughout the world, the sparkling mineral waters of Quézac are one of the main economic resources of the village, along with tourism. Guided tours are organized during the summer months so that you can learn everything about the cycle of this water, from its release at the source to its bottling.

There are many hiking routes that cross Quézac and the villages of the Cévennes. Along the Gorges du Tarn, towards the original source of the Diva, Mont Lozère, Séverac-le-Château, Florac, Les Bondon, Barjac or Mende, on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike, all the singular beauty of this pretty green corner of paradise will be offered to you. As for the Tarn gorges, in addition to being absolutely perfect for hiking, they will also delight lovers of water sports and thrills. Rafting, white water swimming, canoeing with the family, kayaking and hiking sessions, but also canyoning, fishing, swimming and other water games are also available. A paragliding flight over Quézac and its region will complete your stay, for incredible memories of these holidays in Lozere!
