At an altitude of 1650 metres in the heart of Savoie, the resort of Plan Peisey extends over a balcony in the Tarentaise Valley. Created in 1963, it is the first station on the Peisey-Vallandry site. Its small warm houses and mountain chalets seduce many holidaymakers who have come to discover the joys of the high mountains. This peaceful and family resort will charm you.
The Peisey-Vallandry ski area is a delight for skiers looking for peace and quiet. It has about thirty alpine ski slopes as well as a vast cross-country skiing area. Over 42 kilometres, you can enjoy this discipline from the Far North. Since 2003, Peisey-Vallandry has also joined forces with La Plagne and Les Arcs to create a huge connected domain called Paradiski. Plan Peisey is the starting point for the Vanoise Express, a cable car network that links the stations.
The northern site of Peisey-Vallandry is an opportunity to discover a large number of winter activities. Athletes can try their hand at ice climbing. In winter, the sun does not reach the site for months and the frozen natural waterfalls are perfect for climbers looking for new adventures. As long as you're not afraid of the void ! If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, go to the Trapper to discover the sled dog. Man's best friend takes you through the sparkling landscapes of Savoy on walks guided by a professional musher. With a little luck, you might even spot a chamois or ibex in the distance.
During the summer months, Plan Peisey changes completely and becomes a lively resort with many sporting activities. The tree-climbing trails in the forest attract many adventurers in search of adrenaline. Five courses reserved for adults and teenagers allow you to overcome your limits between 2 and 22 metres above the ground. We'll take off on the big zip line for an unforgettable feeling of freedom! The smaller ones are also entitled to activities that are safe and adapted to their size. From 1m10, children can try out twenty or so workshops on a course between 1 and 2 metres high. Those who exceed 1m20 will also try the family courses for stronger sensations and higher challenges. Up to 6 meters high, the proposed workshops will delight the budding adventurers !
