In particular, you can admire the Almudaina Palace, an ancient Muslim castle built between the 11th and 13th centuries, and just opposite the magnificent Gothic cathedral built in the 14th century. Do not miss the Llotja, the Church of San Francisco, Bellver Castle and the Mallorca Museum. But many other towns and villages deserve your attention as Valldemossa, Manacor, Inca, Llucmajor, Felanitx, Alcúdia or even Pollença.

The exuberance and beauty of the nature of the island will surely make you want to walk the paths that crisscross it. In the north of Mallorca, the Sierra de Tramuntana is home to a superb hiking trail, the Dry Stone Route, which will allow you to appreciate this mountain massif, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose summit, the Puig Major, culminates in 1445 meters. But also discover the fabulous national park of the archipelago of Cabrera by pacing the footpaths that will lead you to the castle, the lighthouse or to the Cova Blanca cave. In the evening, enjoy the mild climate to taste the many local specialties : Mallorcan soups, tumbet, Mallorcan frites, escaldums, sobrasada, calderata, croquettes of jonquillo, ensaimada, rubiols...
