As for gastronomy, you will absolutely have to taste the "papas arrugadas", these small "wrinkled" potatoes that are inseparable from the local culture. Served alone, in tapas or with a dish, they are often served with "mojo verde" and "mojo rojo", a delicious spicy sauce to enjoy without moderation. The "ropa vieja", the "punchero canario", the "horse mackerel" with escabeche, the watercress soups or the squid are to be added to the list of salty delicacies to be tasted during a visit to Chayofa. On the terrace?
