In the heart of the Melenig (or Melenick) region, in the heart of landscapes shaped by the valley of the river Jet, Elliant is located in the Finistère department. 17 kilometers from Quimper and 18 kilometers from Concarneau, Elliant stands out from its neighbors by its strong cultural identity, extremely marked, which has for emblem a unique costume made of superb golden yellow embroidery. Elliant is a historical land with distant origins. It has been inhabited since prehistoric times, as evidenced by the numerous vestiges present on its territory, which you will have the opportunity to discover during your stay. What to see? Megaliths erected around 3000 years before Christ. (like the menhir of Cosquer Ven), Gallic steles, or even chapels and ruins of Gallo-Roman sites. A whole part of Breton history that you can discover with the help of marked hiking trails, itineraries lined with mills, crosses, fountains and calvaries that also tell the legend of Brittany from their old stones. The "Tro Goulivars" of 11,3 kilometers, the Circuit of Pont Bihan of 6,1 kilometers, the circuit of the Chapel of 3,9 kilometers, or the one of the Green Beach of 2,3 kilometers will give you a nice overview of the local heritage full of treasures! Our advice? Take the time to visit the village of Elliant! You will be able to discover the terraced gardens of the presbytery and the church of Saint-Gilles, a church that has the distinction of having the highest bell tower in the whole of Cornouaille! And to make nice gifts to your loved ones, note that the Melenig cider factory is the perfect place: you will discover delicious locally produced ciders, which are the pride of the village and have been delighting the taste buds for many years with their fruity aromas of peach, apple and honey... You'll tell us about it!

Finally, the other asset of Elliant is its "Odet Loisirs" park. A paradise for parents and children, this vast amusement park is made up of many fun attractions, ball pools, soft mountains, trampolines, a monkey bridge, but also zip lines perched 175 meters above the water, nets, cable cars, tree houses, a plant maze... But also canoes, pedal boats, and a whole bunch of discovery itineraries along the Odet that will make your vacations in Brittany unforgettable!
