Nestled between Saint-Tropez and Toulon, the town also known as the city of dolphins and whales is very popular with vacationers for its climate, its bright setting, its lush vegetation and its beautifully preserved environment. Colorful, fragrant and sunny, you will find within the magnificent town of Le Lavandou a number of hiking itineraries, notably along the coastline via a 3 kilometer path: you will be able to discover the magnificent villas overlooking the sea, as well as many luxury boats moored at the foot of the hills. The Saint-François trail linking Le Lavandou to the old village of Bormes les Mimosas over 6 kilometers is also a must: ideal for a family walk, it will allow you to discover all the charm of these small and friendly villages. The itinerary of the Balcons de Cavalière and the Chemin des Peintres (Painters' Path) are also on the list of unmissable paths for vacationers passing through Lavandou. We also recommend you to visit La Môle, the oldest village in the region, Collobrières to taste marrons glacés, Gassin, a small perched village famous for its spectacular view of Saint-Tropez, or Cogolin for its pipe factory.

Among the long list of activities offered on the beaches of Lavandou, you can try parasailing, jet skiing, sailing, wakeboarding, water skiing, paddle, sea fishing, pedal boat, kayaking, but also opt for sailing expeditions to meet the many dolphins that swim off Lavandou. Excellent but expensive restaurants: the "Bistr'Eau Ryon" and "Le Tamaris", located on the beachfront of Saint Clair. Don't forget to book ! (for the Tamaris several days in advance).

Restaurant "Le Tam-Tam" by the sea: ideal setting, the staff respects the wearing of masks and barrier gestures (very reassuring), clean, copious and good dishes. Good value for money.
