It's the best campsite we've ever been to! the services offered are just perfect, plus you can pay for everything with vacation vouchers, their primary aim is to satisfy everyone, and they've done just that! A big thank you to Axel, Vincent, Bilal and Véronique for their kindness and service; all the staff are just adorable, even those who aren't on the front line: reception, cooks, bartenders...! ! We can't wait to come back for your entertainment, which we really enjoyed. The team of entertainers is super friendly and full of energy, we had fun, and we made friends Willy, Gloria, Jess, Louna, Mona, Thomas, Enzo did not change as you are, this team cohesion is just magnificent and what a talent for density and seine for this show Disney high level really!!! . You've earned all this applause !!!! Well done everyone, we've had a great week that we won't soon forget! Thanksiii also for the great time shared together in our mobile home during the hide and seek game, a moment engraved in our memories with some very nice souvenir photos, and thanks to Jo the pirate, my daughter loved the cuddly moments as well as the mini club choreography, she gave it her all on the dance floor for her first camping trip. We'll be back next year for sure, to have fun with you and to see Pascale again. She's a director who's very involved in her campsite, she's everywhere on the dance floor, choreographing with the entertainers on the Disney show, in the kitchen, in the dining room, and she's very human and incredibly kind. Simply THANK YOU for all this and we'll be back next year with 3 pieces ( only some can understand).️️️️

Just a stone's throw (350m) from the campsite, we recommend the Ferme de Villeneuve, an excellent restaurant in a most charming setting.

For families: a visit to the aquarium (near the campsite) is a small moment to share. Small aquarium but with many species of fish represented and pleasant to visit.

We had a good week, in spite of the compulsory wearing of the mask, (October 2020 - Covid pandemic), but parking was difficult (free parking but because of the Vendée Globes race suddenly became chargeable).

2 excellent restaurants discovered in Les Sables d'Olonne: "Le Reef" (super burgers) and "Le Port" (à la Chaume), and always "Le Charlotin" in St Gilles croix de Vie.

Restaurant "Terre et Mer" in La Chaume: very fine cuisine for affordable prices. The free shuttle is a real pleasure and takes you from "Vendée Globe" (stop 5 minutes from the rental) to the town centre, port, large beach...

A nice little restaurant with very good products on the fishing port: "Chez César et Rosalie". A great jet ski club: "Scoot-Wave". Fresh fish and seafood vendors at Le Grand Vivier near the fishing port: very competent and friendly .

I recommend the Sauveterre Riding Centre and the nearby wilderness coast for horseback riding enthusiasts. At low tide the beach is wonderful, and if you are a dog owner, please note that dogs are allowed. There is also the beach of Veillon which is beautiful with its small lagoons, there is something to eat if you want to spend the day there, paid parking if no space outside. There is a rather typical restaurant also, it is necessary to go there at least once it is "La Sainte Émilienne" in Olonnes sur Mer, impossible to find this restaurant alone ! it is in the pampas !
