The Chamonix valley is full of surprises ! Located at the foot of Mont Blanc, a natural wonder rising to 4809 meters above sea level, the town became an alpine mountaineer at an early age, and its numerous glaciers attract a multitude of hikers each year. The famous Mer de Glace, glacier which to strech as far as nearly seven kilometers, which was the origin of the tourist development of the resort several, centuries ago.
