Situated in the heart of the Tarentaise Valley, Courchevel is a high-end tourist resort. Since 1946, the date of the installation of Courchevel 1550 / Village, it attracts every year many visitors, delighted by the mountain charm and the jovial atmosphere that reign on the resort. Courchevel 1300 also called Le Praz, Courchevel 1650 on the former hamlet of Moriond and Courchevel 1850. This great resort is now the perfect example of an integrated resort where all services are within reach of holidaymakers. The recreational offer of its villages far exceeds that of a simple resort of winter sports. A real active resort, it combines a large number of diverse physical activities and also leisure activities linked to relaxation and sharing. Summer and winter, Courchevel will seduce you. The more complicated will still be to choose !

The ski area of Courchevel is at the origin of its reputation. Indeed, the diversity of its resorts makes it possible to enjoy very varied tracks without having to travel far. Whatever your level, on its 150 kilometers of tracks, you will easily find the tracks that best suit you. The slopes of Courchevel Moriond are, for example, ideal for families or to make its first traces of skiing. This part of the resort mainly concentrates blue and green slopes. The regulars of the slide will rather go to Courchevel 1850, where they will find more easily slopes at their level. The good thing to know : the resort is a great starting point for off-piste practice. Finally, if all this choice is not enough for you, know that Courchevel belongs to the immense domain of the 3 Valleys. With 600 kilometers of slopes that can be easily reached by skis, this is the largest ski area in the world.

To discover the charm of a traditional village, do not hesitate to take a tour in Courchevel Le Praz. This centenary village where it is good to live is very animated, especially in summer. Enjoy the sweetness of summer along its narrow streets marked by Savoyard spirit. Inflatable structures for children, fishing or kayaking in the lake for parents, pony rides or hiking... A large choice of activities to practice in the calm and serenity inherent in the village.

Throughout the resort, the summer period is ideal for mountain sports activities. Courchevel knows how to make good use of the reliefs around: canyoning, paragliding, climbing on the cliffs, via ferrata... the sportsmen give themselves to heart joy ! The Courchevel golf course also attracts many discipline enthusiasts who particularly appreciate its nature trail, set in grounds surrounded by verdant forests.

Finally, in Courchevel, the gourmands are honored ! At every corner, a restaurant welcomes you with open arms. We particularly retain "L'Azimut", a restaurant with a star in the Michelin guide nestled in the heart of Courchevel Le Praz. The chef varies flavors with skill and takes you on a delicious culinary journey.

Shopkeepers are generally very friendly with most of the products you want. Pleasant resort and absolutely superb landscapes. I recommend the restaurant "Le Tremplin" whose menu, staff and Chef are very friendly. Correct prices according to the menu. Excellent galettes de Bretagne and fresh and varied dish of the day.
