What stands out when visiting Telde is above all its important historical capital. Its archaeological remains are one of its most beautiful jewels: Tara, Cendro, Baladero, Tufia and Cuatro Puertas are among its most famous archaeological sites. Sometimes called "blower hole" or "maritime geyser", it results from the movement of the strong waves that swirl on the rocks (with surprising shapes) that line the Telde coast.
