Nestled in the heart of Savoie, the small commune of Landry is made up of a chief town and several hamlets marked by the charm of the region. Overhung by the majestic church of Saint-Michel, Landry extends at the edge of the Peisey valley at 800 meters altitude. The tourist attraction of the village is mainly due to its many sporting activities, located at the resort of Vallandry in winter or around the town in summer.

At an altitude of 1600 metres, the winter sports resort of Vallandry was created in the 1980s on one of the Landry mountain pastures. Vallandry is a multitude of pedestrian squares bordered by charming chalets and welcoming shops. It is also a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc and descents in the sun. Located on the Peisey-Vallandry domain, the resort attracts many visitors each year, seduced by its typical charm and exceptional snow. It is also part of the large estate called Paradiski, which has linked the Peisey-Vallandry, Les Arcs and La Plagne estates since 2003.

During the summer months, the sport continues at the H2O centre ! This quality sports complex makes it possible to practice a large number of outdoor sports at the foot of the great peaks. In a breathtaking setting, a smiling and professional team immediately puts you in confidence. On the Isère, the river that waters the valley, discover white water sports for a maximum of sensations as close to nature as possible : rafting, hydrospeed, canoe-raft, canyoning, kayak... If you prefer to take height, know that there are many choices. Climbing on cliffs, via ferrata or even paragliding facing Mont Blanc ! There is also no shortage of treetop courses in the forest, on courses with varying difficulties and adapted to young and old.

Landry is surrounded by natural territories of great beauty. Meet them hiking or mountain biking on the marked trails that cross Peisey-Vallandry as well as in the Vanoise National Park, which borders the estate. The Savoy fauna and flora await you !

Gourmands will surely have heard of Savoyard gastronomy. Whether in the village or in the centre of the resort, Landry has plenty of restaurants. To discover the region's flavours, go to l'Adress. This small mountain restaurant serves local specialities, traditional dishes and pizzas in a warm atmosphere. Also note the presence of regional cheeses in some pizzas, a little regional touch that makes the difference !
